WAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!!

My mommy took away my sock.

That's right, she is using deprivation of knitting as a punishment for my atrociously messy room.

I'm so worried about it...She won't tell me where it's hidden, and I'm afraid it's been accidentally frogged or something...The last time I saw it, there were no stitch-keeper-onner-things on the needles. I'm so fretful...It's like loosing a child...Especially considering that I'm almost done with it! (and, since I shortened the leg, so far no white yarn has been a necessary addition to the beauty-in-progress...Who knows, I might even end up with TWO black socks!)

Comments: Has your knitting ever been taken away from you as a punishment? What for? For how long?

*in through the nose, out through the mouth...*

No, my knitting has never been taken away from me for my punishment . . . although I have taken my daughters yarn and crochet hooks away from her!! Sorry I'm on the side of the Mom on this one! My daughter is 12 and we have issues with her focusing on what it is she needs to do before she does those things she likes to do!
